Inside the Fed; the minutes of the Dec 16 meeting. The minutes for the Feb 3-4 meeting should be published directly after the next meeting, around the middle of March: bog.frb.fed.us The Fed maintained a bias towards tightening, but most adopted a wait and see approach. Only one member, Broaddus, voted for an immediate move.
