Because none of them need the basic requirements.
Yeah, the most important of those requirements, arguably, is make their contributions. Which a total of THREE nations were doing before Trump held their feet to the fire.

NATO is not your frat house. There are rules that are there for the interest of all parties involved.

What you have is a war machine against Russia, and I'm not sure if it is good or bad. But if you're going to have it, members should pay dues.
