Will it ever happen, so many false starts and stops? I think it will at some point, too much trapped gas (and money).

I was hoping for a bit larger pipeline, like 4 billion cfd.

I don't think 44 billion USD will cover it, which is what they are talking. Last major project I worked on up here was poorly estimated, was low by a factor of ~ PI, at least. My experience is the estimates for larger projects are usually low balled, maybe somewhat on purpose.

Lots of turbines and compressors. Good for Baker Hughes, presumably.
