I did a little looking at PDCC when it ipo'd last month (?) and walked away.

IIRC, its a small externally managed company investing mostly in CLOs, but it looked like the "external managers" are the operational managers of the company - so they are skimming a management fee from their own company. B Riley is one of the principle runners, I just laughed and walked away.Much better looking companies to take CLO risk with, if that is what you are looking for.
