If Trump continues to push hard for this ceasefire the way it is constituted and it gets enacted, even briefly, I will no longer support him. Not that I would go to the other side- Trump is infinitely better than Harris and the Republicans better than the Dems - but my position would then become solely independent, pro Israeli with only pragmatic interest in what goes on in Washington.

If the above materializes, I would then share the view that Trump only cares about himself and what makes him look good.
