Really? $50,000,000,000 in damages and 24 dead is "minor" but DEI implemented in the Mayor's office and DPW coupled with massive malfeasance is best practices? I strongly urge you to share your thoughts on some neighborhood blogs in LA. Be sure to use your real name.

You know more than the former head of DPW in LA?

"Former DWP general manager Martin Adams told the Times that having the reservoir would have helped fight the Palisades Fire.

An LAFD source told The Daily Mail that DWP officials said "Had it not been closed they probably would have been okay and had enough water for the fire."
