For all the surveillance out there, some one should be able to provide all sorts of answers by now.

Typically the answers seem to be "the cameras were down for maintenance" type of thing.

People are asking questions. The right questions imho.

Not saying if he has the story straight, but he is just looking up the facts.

Make everything a secret and you can be sure to lose the trust of the people.
