No physics achievements have been made in the western
circle in 40 years, meanwhile outside of it it appears as if
China/Russia even Iran have taken leaps in it

Why don't China Russia have the same problem as the CW

in attracting people to be scientists

In the CW money is science and the more money one has
the more science sucks
