Again, you're projecting. You make everything political, then blame the other guy for making everything political. (See Tenchu's first rule of partisan politics.)

Failures happen. You learn from them and you make the next version of your design better.

You know nothing about engineering if you think a design should turn out to be flawless 100% of the time.
