Lawrence, Its interesting data but they didn't exactly change my mind, except that I should maybe avoid the sector entirely. I still believe my basic premise. In fact, the numbers you posted show that Komag exceeded WD in operating margins all but one of the quarters you listed. That you have to have heads and media is irrefutable. That the real intellectual property in this business primarily resides in the heads and media is true as well IMO. Let me venture one more question to you. For the long haul would you then select WD over all others if you had to place a bet on a disk drive company today? best, Stitch
