I am just noticing a new Land Cruiser is not available in the UK. Cites high demand. The Hilux is popular amongst all around here, including the well heeled. If I go for another Truck, that would be my selection. For recreation, and have the available funds to spare, I can see why the Land Cruiser is preferred. I would always have something better to spend to spend the extra funds on, thus the Hilux. Amazing story the Landcruiser.
