I have a few more Xionics questions.

It sounds like Xionics is a spin-out of the Postscript business of Pheonix. If I remember right, that was a San Jose company that Pheonix bought a few years ago. It sounds like they probably sold it back to the management that they bought it from in the first place.

Has anyone read the Xionics IPO prospectus? What are their numbers? What are they worth?
