I think you got it right in one of your earlier posts when you said that ORTC will stay quiet until they release their earnings (I think on the 23rd). The volume has shriveled up. That means no one is selling or buying. That is kind of a good sign. It means that the buyers are still commited. ORTC is supposed to apply for Orphan Status sometime in the 1st quarter (not much left). I don't know exactly what that means, but when that does happen we'll have another piece of news that should re-awaken activity. With respect to the share price ORTC doesn't really help themselves as there is very little publicity and they are highly private.
