Zeev, Charles and all....

Zeev, I certainly don't mind being called on the carpet for my
comments and forced to back them up. I just don't like to think of myself as a "hypster", because I truly believe that this company has inherent value, and since value is a subjective determination based on individual desire and demand (ie.. Market psychology) this stock could lanquish or it could receive some real attention in the marketplace. It is a matter of visibility. There are many companies out there that have great earnings and large book values but the market doesn't value them like the IOMG or AMTX or... "place your favorite overvalued stock here".. The key is to catch the markets attention to the company's story and growth potential.

I'm just doing my part by bringing this little gem to everyone's attention. (Actually, I just passed it by a broker the other day and he's planning on calling Bill Carraway personally. BTW, this broker sees big news coming on ICN and XOMA. I was very interested by what he had to say on those two companies. Mail me for details.)

If you aren't all out there talking to friends and brokers about this stock, then you haven't yet researched enought to become confident with it. (You shouldn't try to sell them on it, mind you. Rather you merely provide them the POC # so they can do their own research) I do this all the time, and several brokers and acquaintances have already contacted Spencer about the company.

I don't want to hype anything. I just want to people to see the same things that I've seen about this company and make their own decisions. That was the primary reason that I STRONGLY suggested to Bill that he get his website up and running and advised him as to what information online investors are looking for. He did it and while webmaster isn't the greatest in choosing color schemes, it does provide a rapid resource for interested individuals to obtain information.

I also want this stock price to rise so that the company can start to pursue it objective of acquiring regional waste oil collectors in non-dilutive stock swaps. I believe Bill wants to use the stock as currency so that he can cheaply buy up these fragmented operations and set up his own operations making fuel. If the company is to grow, it needs a higher stock price than it has now. I'm positive that they aren't merely relying on us out here to achieve that, but I certainly want to ride on their coattails along the way.... :0)

Regards,

Ron
