I am not into party politics be they CCP CPC RNC DNC etc etc etc, and unlikely to ever care. I like spending time on hot cocoa and Asimov's, Christies, etc books

To me the only letter of importance in CCP and CPC is the highlighted C in the first case and the highlighted C in the second case, because CP / Communist Party must be designated one or another way to identify the threading, as CP is not invented in China China China but by Jewish folks in Germany en.wikipedia.org and as practice everywhere a bit different.

Had we been referencing Confucianism, I would have and often do simply note <<confucianism>> Message 27317364 for there would be no need to identify the genre, as in Chinese Confucianism vs British Confucianism.
