Ahhh,

Old Teacs. They were not used professionally for studio recordings.

They are consumer decks.

In the 1970's my favorites were the Tandberg series of Reel to Reel such as the 9000 series for audiophiles, the consumer market.

Much better specs S/N, wow and flutter and frequency response.

But if you work professionally in audio recording studios the only name was Ampex.

The ATX-100 series decks ran circles around any consumer deck.
