Do you have any idea what kind of prices these resellers have to pay? All I'm seeing is the "10 cent deals" around here for res customers. When it hits 5 cents or so -- available to the residential customer -- I'll concede that competition has arrived. Prices are still largely controlled by the majors, IMO. Dereg's been a failure. FCC should be ashamed.
