I think OCAl is one of the best values on the street Here we have a 33 year old company that is selling at a great price at any ratio one uses: PE, Price to sales, Book Value Debt Ratio, Share Outstanding, Float. In my opinion it is a great value at these levels. It just seems to be undiscovered and maybe just a little bit boring. A small cap fund manager did a write up in Barron's back in very early December maybe somebody can pull that up for all of us to read. In any event, it has earnings, cash , sales, no debt DAH???? IMO Muf
