I'm going by what the judge said.
And I'm going by the defamation lawsuit that Trump won against ABC:

ABC settles with Trump for $15 million. Now, he wants to sue other news outlets (NPR)

George Stephanopoulos essentially called it "rape rape," which upset Trump.

ABC not only had to apologize, but also volunteered to give Trump $15M.

Of course, I'm still going to call it "rape rape," just like any other sensible human being.

I look forward to getting SLAPPed by Trump and his minions ...
