He apparently pardoned them 15 minutes before leaving the WH for good.

It really just tells us what we already knew about this man: He was a skunk in 1988, and he is the same skunk today. And he doesn't even care enough about the Dem party to not leave office under this veil of corruption.

Sad, but he's been a sad figure for decades. At least he is gone.
