The now president Donald Trump announced on Friday the launch of a Trump cryptocurrency ( TRUMP-USD). It was launched on Solana USD ( SOL-USD). “It’s time to celebrate everything we stand for: WINNING! Join my very special Trump Community. GET YOUR $TRUMP NOW,” Trump wrote on his social-media app Truth Social when he launched the tokens. The TrumpCoin USD ( TRUMP-USD) coin, currently at $39, with a market cap of $7.7B, reached $14.5B on Jan. 19 and a 24-hour trading volume of $26B. The coin is down 27.3% today. The Melania Meme coin, not covered by Seeking Alpha, is currently at $4.48 and has a market cap of $668.7M. It reached $1.94B of market cap on Jan. 19, with a 24-hour trading volume of $1.99B.
