We were plenty banged up. It was midnight and we were way up a dirt road coming down from Hollister's hot Springs. The CHP was burning up a steep one lane dirt road through thick brush with his brights on and driving a 67 Dodge with a CHP hemi. His back tires were spinning and blowing rocks everywhere. He accused us of shooting at cars on 101. We were like a mile up the mountain. Cops can be insane. We were covered in cuts and bruises after we climbed back up onto the road...in the face of his .357. Not to mention we were high on acid. After we explained to him that you can't even see 101 from where we were, he calmed down and let us go. Cops on adrenalin are dangerous. That's what happened to Ashley.
