Leo, I have been low for 20 years. It is a lot easier over water as the surface is flat and level. The only mistake happened to me about 5 years ago. I had the plane on the deck and trimmed for straight an level. I sneezed. When sneezing there is a forward motion resulting on a push of the yoke. No contact but I learned my lesson. Now I trip the plane to climb and have to push to hold the deck. If a sneeze is coming on I relax the yoke and now I go up. Floatless in Feattle
