1) Like I told Bill, if you want to get rid of birthright citizenship, do it the right way. Amend the Constitution. Don't go redefining words and claim that the 14th amendment doesn't really mean what it means.

2) As the Cato essay states, just because "no one else" has birthright citizenship doesn't mean we shouldn't either. "No one else" has the 1st and 2nd amendments, either. Should we repeal those just on that basis alone?
