I appreciate the info ynotgoal.

Dr. Huiqing Pang worked with UDC from 2009 - 2013 and started at Summer Sprout in 2017. I guess their non-disclosures don't extend into perpetuity, though I would think a company like UDC to cover at least five years given the nature of their work and market. Perhaps that is unrealistic.
