She left UDC 12 years ago. Visionox is commercializing a HF blue (probably from Kyulux which has nothing to do with Summer Sprout).

If the problem was specifically that Summer Sprout stole UDC intellectual property they would be suing and keeping BOE and others from using those materials. That they are not should be informative.
