Dementia Joe was never bright and always a corrupt pathological liar, which are traits that run through his family history. I suspect that has accelerated and exacerbated his pathetic descent into dementia. I and others on this site commented years ago in 2020 he had dementia and was slipping and got the pushback. It was as plain as day to anyone that had family experience with dementia or even objectivity and common sense. That he ran then, and then ran again in 2024, when he originally said he wouldn't was a form or elder abuse, imo, which I also stated at the time.
