Hi Redhead. We added SRSL to the Amigo portfolio last week. We
believe that the company has a niche in a growing market and that they dwarf their competition in market share. Their products can be found just about anywhere from movie theaters, to personal computers to car stereos. The last three earnings reports
have exceeded expectations. There is a large percentage of insider ownership and we believe that institutional buying will be coming in
droves in the next few months assisted by the upcoming Cruttendon
Groth Conference and the upcoming company road show in the East Coast to attract institutional investors. SRSL is also experiencing a technical breakout. We have been waiting for the stock to close over 8.5 for some time.

RECY is also attractive. The company is demonstrating that they can
manage effectively the companies that they are acquiring. As each of the acquisitions kicks in, margins will continue to improve and as RECY grows, it will attract more and more business from the giants of the steel industry.

The oil service sector is fundamentally attractive. There are a few companies that are worth looking at. We chose ESV for our porfolio because of the company's management, low debt and premier fleet.
This sector is ready and has been receiving more and more attention.
The investment dollars will soon start rotating into the oil service stocks. Get in while they are cheap.

The homebuilders are another sector that will benefit strongly from seasonal market rotation. We like DHI because of their geographical diversification, their constant and continuos growth by merger and acquisition and particularly their latest merger with CON. CON trades on the NYSE at a strong discount to the homebuilders.

Our latest addition to the portfolio is AIRM. The company is due to report on Monday and we believe that the stock is very cheap relative to earnings. We'll see on Monday if the Amigo's were right or wrong.

Amigo Cary updated us on APCO last week and his write-up can be found on our website.

Sergio
