Another one coming up is the Alleghany (Y) spinoff of its Chicago Title and Trust subsidiary.Chicago Title is the largest tiltle company in the US. Management is talking about the need to become more competitive. However, Y has been advancing significantly lately.

Please someone comment on the attractiveness of this situation.
