PW-- He's probably filled his shorts with the recent rise in INTC stock. The break out above 90 on heavy volume isn't something to sneeze at. My recommendation to JR is fill his shorts in Sea Kelp Futures and buy something that will go up. The only person I have seen as consistently bearish on America as Jimmy Baby Is Alan Abelson at Barrons. You could have made thousands over the last fifteen years by just using these dip doos as contrary indicators.
