Prog = Louder magazine just posted an article about the 50th anniversary of 10cc's hit I'm Not in Love. While I don’t think 10cc is typically considered a progressive rock band, I’m a fan of their work, and their songs were so imaginative.

My favorite 10cc album was Sheet Music. I first listened to it after checking it out from my college library. I thought it was great and also very different from anything else I was listening to at that time. From the great musicianship to the whimsical and playful nature of the lyrics, it’s a great example of their work. I'm Not in Love may have been their biggest hit, but Sheet Music feels like the heart of what made them great. Songs like The Wall Street Shuffle and Clockwork Creep really highlight their clever storytelling and unique sense of humor.
