Paul F., I pretty much agree with your assessment of MSFT. However, I think Intel's PE will slowly migrate upwards, not downwards, as Slot 1 becomes the "standard" on the desktop, and Slot II/Merced becomes the standard on the high-end. As for a big slowdown in PCs, I don't think it will happen in the near/intermediate future. PCs are just starting to reach its critical mass, and PC/Internet technology will continue to accelerate in the near-term. joey
