I don't quite get it. VCLL wants to generate more interest by procuring the services of a public relations company. Fine and dandy. However, what VCLL ended up hiring is a relatively unknown penny stock public relations company that cannot even follow-up on an SEC filing:

Next, VCLL's revenue increased to 292% resulting in a substantial reduction in loss per share from (.47) to (.02) and then turns around and issues a Registration S:

IMHO, VCLL technology holds a lot of promise and the Atlas acquisition was a good fit, however, the above management maneuver makes me, as a potential investor, take a step back and wonder why. I tend to think of Registration S as quick and easy money that can bite you back. Any opinions out there?
