Charles: Re: "On Bob Brinker's Moneytalk program heard nationwide Saturday Kurlak's position was raised during the program. Brinkers response was simply put Kurlak is wrong. I seldom hear Bob Brinker make a bad call."
Thanks for bringing this out. Let me embellish on it. Brinker spent his regular opening 10 minute comments time talking about the spectacular Dell story, and then he talked about Intel. Said he sees Intel as a great trading stock (only difference I've had with him, I say buy and hold) and he got back in recently, says the stock is acting like it's going to set new highs. Then, during the call-in portion of the program, a caller said "do you think Tom Kurlak was confused about Intel and their business and was lumping them into the commodity segment of the semiconductor business." Brinker said no, Kurlak was wrong in his call on Intel. Now, Brinker tends to repeat himself sometimes, and, the third time he said "Kurlak was wrong" (we all knew he was, except for Paul F.), I was really cracking up. For a nationally recognized financial adviser like Brinker to slam a Kurlak on national radio, I love it!
