Well we are close, you have identified the issues

(1) will Slot One become the standard on the desktop
(2) will there be a slowdown in PC sales

That is why I think Fleck and others emphasize the average PC price decline and the thinning margins on the low end. In general in a economic slowdown of any kind people make do with what they have and they buy less expensive machines. If the market is already responding to these trends then we will wake up some day with a real big earnings shock for which we were unprepared.
