Last month John posted a chart showing snow pack levels in BC were actually approaching normal levels, but then cam January. This has been the third driest January ever recorded in Vancouver, so now we are back to worrying about the ongoing drought. We are finally going to get a system bringing some precip this weekend; here's hoping it kicks off a wet stretch. LC
