I was talking about Trump's first term.

As far as current situation, It was Biden administration policy to provoke a war, and their misjudgment that this war can trigger a collapse of Russia. Instead, they caused collapse of Ukraine.

Trump's policy in his 2nd term is still unclear, if he plans to pick up the pieces (left by Biden) or let them fall where they may.
