I have Sprint PCS service w/ a Samsung phone. Have been having problems like echo and volume fading in and out. WHen I talked to Sprint cust. svc. they said the phone was bad and could be exchanged. My next logical question was is this common and do the Q phones or Samsung have a higher defect rate. It is common w/ the Samsung phones, not common w/ the Qs. However because of price there should be a lot more Samsings on the market.
