An atmospheric river will bring heavy rain and snow across much of the Pacific Northwest starting late this week and lasting throughout the weekend. Flash flooding will be a concern as heavy rain persists over the region. Some places that haven’t seen much, if any, snow this year have the chance to see it this weekend, including cities like Portland and Seattle. Time it out here.
