Pete,
I have 2 other accounts w/Waterhouse, an IRA and a margin account. No problems to speak of. Their on-line screens are a little slow, but, 12$ a trade and if the screens jam you can pick up the phone and call your local rep and still get the trade for the 12$. By the way, they hope to have the screen problem licked by the end of the first quarter. Hope this helps.
