Andreas and Michael,

Thank you for the correction. I checked Yahoo and Briefing.com and saw they had listed only 15 million shares outstanding. I then looked at the most recent 10Q and realized why there is an error. There is only 15 million Class A common but there is also 21 million Class B. So 15+21 gives us the 36 million outstanding common.

And I apologize to you PiedPiper. I shouldn't take numbers from finance web sites without double checking them against EDGAR filings.
A good lesson.
