The suit was filed in 2015 and was contested by Trump's first administration during the entire 4 years of his first term.

He had 4 years to simply sign an EO with his sharpie, instructing his agencies to change the policy and settle the suit, if this had been of any concern to him then.

He was apparently too busy golfing to take the time to do that.

Now he has to rely on people like you to try to re-write history in a futile effort to make him look like less of a moron.

That's not going to work.
