I don't think wba has any preferreds or baby bonds. The pharmacy business is tough right now, especially in urban areas (my impression is that walgreens focused pretty heavily in urban areas) WBA has been closing stores in the SF bay area. Really getting hit with retail theft and a total lack of law enforcement response. Some areas are becoming "pharmacy deserts" with no place for folks to get their prescriptions filled.
