Good post Dan....thanks for the URL to the "microcap fraud" story. The most important elements being (IMO) the S-8 changes and the automated surveilance (sp?)

I know that my "style" rubs a lot of people the wrong way. I deliberately set myself up as the target of ridicule to *AGAIN* raise the point that fraud and deception are encountered *MORE OFTEN THAN NOT* when dealing with the micro-caps.

I do not wish to protect anyone from themselves, but why should I make it *easier* for the flim-flam artists to come into places like SI and and make an easy score?

I have been on the "ground floor" of so many of these micro-crap stocks that I get a quesy feeling when ever I look at the typical "financials" offered up by the vast majority.

To the uninitiated, there is a certain pattern that *SCREAMS* fraud when looking through their DD packages. Out-of-date reports with a slew of "past ventures" and/or slick full-color brochures which are carefully worded (not an accident) to leave the reader with the impression that *any day now* the company is going to hit the big time.

I'll let anyone who has read BAT's DD materials draw their own opinions.

As you say....the *POTENTIAL* of this company is enormous, there is only one "if" that counts. That is *IF* the leadership is on the level, and may be believed despite what anyone here or anywhere else prints or says about the company.

That's really about all there is to it.

Happy trading to all in the coming week!

What people should realize, is telling the truth as one sees is, or at least offering contrarian views will *NOT* necessarily impact their precious wallets one tiny bit.
