New Jersey drought update. We ended January with only 1/2 inches of precipitation and now have over a 9 inch deficient. Philly has ordered water restrictions for the city. Looking ahead,Feb shows little if any relief at least for the first half of the month. This covers central and Southern New Jersey droughtmonitor.unl.edu
