I didn't see Marx and Engels readings there. "Marxist" means totalitarian fascst ideology with Chinese characteristics.
There's not a chance that Das Kapital was read, even if translated to hanzi or simplified Made in China hanzi. China is not doing class struggle or government ownership of production. Of course there is much government ownership but millions of people are getting rich from Made in China. For example our leader TJ the Illustrious.

<<<<During the Xi era, a plurality of Politburo study sessions focused on Party affairs, followed by national security, economic development, state governance, and technology. In line with Xi’s greater focus on internal discipline and ideological purity, his leadership has seen far more sessions devoted to anti-corruption, propaganda, and Marxist ideology.

Emperor Pooh Xi is getting control. It looks like fascism rather than communist class struggle doing away with the rich.

USA also has become fascist rather than free. But that has turned around in the last week or two. We shall see how much freedom has been resurrected. At the moment over half the country is run by Big Brother with exploding debt looking very bad as $trillions are destroyed along with people by the million just in Ukraine.
