I don't know about the book value either. My attraction to the stock is not based on book value, but rather the $50 million debt/equity transaction orchestrated by Hawthorne. Hawthorne would not have structured the deal this way unless they were looking to create liquidity for their real estate investments. PFCK, prior to this deal, was practically a shell company. If Hawthorne uses PFCK as a vehicle for holding real estate, making acquisitions and raising cash, today's stock price will be but a fraction of the price we will eventually see. This looks to me like a very calculated move on Hawthorne's part, and PFCK is absolutely not hyping the stock. Looks very interesting...
