It s always important to keep in mind that Trump is a con man, first and foremost, so he can never be trusted.

Nothing he says can ever be taken at face value, it is always a con.

What is especially egregious is that Trump would lie about our sweet neighbor to the north to justify his tariffs, which are really just a mechanism to raise tax money so he can get rid of the income tax on the rich 1%!

His tariffs would raise the money from the bottom 99% instead through a regressive sales tax of sorts.

The con here is clear to me, as he said, he plans on getting rid of the income tax and replacing it with tariffs.

And so he makes up shit to justify his REAL intent, and so tells lies about Mexico and Canada, and everyone else.

It is so nuts and diabolical as hard to believe!
