I was just rereading Jay Taylor's special report on IPM from about a year ago. I was reminded of all of those refiner reports that were supposedly being compiled by IPM for release about the same time the chickens were due home to roost. Wonder what ever happened to those reports? I guess the answer either is there never were any shipments to refiners, or IPM didn't think the results were worth reporting to their shareholders.
