We do know she was flying the copter. There were at least 2 sets or possibly 3 sets of eyes. The ATC wasn't clear about who they were supposed to follow behind.
We know they switched from runway 1 to the shorter runway 33.

Most of these accidents come down to a sequence of events.

I feel bad they put her in this situation. zig zagging down a river at low altitude through a flight path. Through a commercial jets final approach. 35 degrees perpendicular to a jet on final.

What could go wrong.
